Solutions Architect

This role sits at the intersection of product goals and engineering reality. You’ll help teams choose buildable paths, define boundaries and contracts, and ensure the system remains operable and auditable.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture discussions and clarify system responsibilities and boundaries.
- Design workflows with explicit failure handling and reconciliation strategy.
- Collaborate with engineers to translate architecture into incremental delivery plans.
- Align security and control requirements with system behavior and operational practice.
- Communicate tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders and guide decisions under constraints.
Requirements
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to reason about complex workflows.
- Comfort discussing data integrity, audit trails, and operational reliability.
- Ability to write and review technical documentation and integration contracts.
- Clear communication and a collaborative, pragmatic mindset.
